 Fabulous three bedroom two bath condominium at Anastasia Island. Bedrooms included have one king size in master bedroom, one queen size in second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Price quoted includes all utilities, laundry facility, and cable. Complex built in 2004 offers a unit that is steps to the ocean, across from Anastasia Island fishing pier. Rental quoted is for 7 days and discounts given for extended stay. Additional Days if available at $275 per day. This complex offers a great swimming pool and wonderful ocean breezes. No pets or smoking allowed in complex. Call for details and available weeks. Rental subject to Florida Sales tax and a one time charge for cleaning of $135.00. Cleaning on long term stays must be completed every two weeks. Cleaning of unit also includes restocking of detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, Borax, sponges for sink, refill of soap and soap dispensers, dishwasher capsule refill, and battery check/ replacement on remotes if necessary.  Departure on holidays will have a cleaning fee surcharge. Holidays are Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Day, New Years Eve and Day.

Heating over 75 degrees is $5 per degree per day.

All systems have state of art continuous energy saving 24 hour monitors.

Contract will accompany every weekly rental.

Cleaning at end of stay         $250.00
